Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Brilliant Group Services At Brilliant Group Services, we’re committed to providing high-quality exterior cleaning services with professionalism and reliability. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy below: 1. Scheduling Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Services are available Monday through Saturday during normal business hours. We will confirm your appointment via phone, text, or email once all necessary information has been provided. 2. Deposits Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. If applicable, this will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. In case of bad weather or unsafe working conditions, we may reschedule your service for the next available date. 4. Access & Preparation Please ensure we have clear access to the areas to be serviced. If applicable, remove personal belongings, vehicles, or decorations near the work areas. Make sure water access is available on the property (standard outdoor spigot). 5. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, credit/debit cards (note: card transactions may incur a small processing fee). Invoices and receipts will be sent via email or text upon request. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service so we can address any concerns promptly.
