1) Services
Brilliant Group Services provides exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and roof soft washing. Service availability may vary by location, surface type, and site conditions.
2) Estimates & Scheduling
Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if property conditions differ at the time of service (e.g., additional surface area, accessibility, heavy buildup, or safety requirements). Appointment times are approximate and may change due to weather, traffic, or job duration.
3) Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:
- Provide reasonable access to all work areas, including gates and secured areas.
- Provide water access when required for the service.
- Secure pets and keep children away from work areas during service.
- Move or protect fragile items near the work area (planters, décor, furniture, etc.) prior to arrival.
4) Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, debit/credit card, and Venmo. Debit/credit card and Venmo payments include a 3.5% processing fee, which will be added to the total at the time of payment.
5) Weather & Rescheduling
For safety and quality results, services may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, storms, or any unsafe conditions. We will communicate changes as soon as possible and offer the next available service window.
6) Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters. If you have any concerns about the completed work, please contact us within 24–48 hours so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
7) SMS Terms (Text Messaging)
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Brilliant Group Services related to estimates, scheduling, service updates, review requests, and maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
